First time having Chicharrons that were not fried pork skins. This dish that I have never seen before was the most amazing and delicious item I received. I could not wrap my brain around it and am still not quite sure of what is in it, but I loved every bite. The Birria taco and Birria smothered fries were great as well and so was the elite. I got my food delivered via Door dash and it still was fresh and hot. This was amazing special food truck and I will get more of this Chicharrones.
The love that I have for Aztecas's is so big , this is the best Taco truck of Louisiana. The quality of the ingredients is amazing, so fresh, and so delicious. La Shinita is passionate about creating stunning and wonderful dishes. The presentation is beyond amazing

I can't believe I've lived in Baton Rouge for a year and a half and I just made it to Aztecas. The burrito of asada was amazing. The tacos were also the best, I so recommend the Barbacoa one. Juicy, moist, tender, and such a deep flavor. Can't wait to come back for more! I really want to try every item.
Man God bless the cooks in that truck!!! I first ate birria tacos in Orlando and had to try this place when I came back. When I tell y’all I had to pull over and park my car to eatttt If they didn’t close at 8 I would have turned around for more. 10 for 5 with all the fixings, YOU CANT BEAT IT!
